Founded by Joshua Anschutz and Alejandro “Alex” Villanueva, JA Property Group is a long-term real estate company built around thoughtful renovation, trusted relationships, and homes that deserve another chance.
Our story
JA Property Group began with a shared passion for real estate and a belief that renovation should be about more than moving quickly, adding fresh paint, and moving on.
We are building a company known for doing things the right way: developing long-term relationships with reliable contractors, vendors, lenders, and real estate professionals, while paying attention to the parts of a home that matter long after the photographs are taken.
When we purchase a property, we care about its past, present, and future—where the home has been, what it needs today, and how it can better serve the person or family who owns it next.

Co-Founder
Joshua is a Minnesota REALTOR and real estate investor who leads acquisition, valuation, marketing, negotiation, and resale. More than five years working directly with buyers and sellers helps JA evaluate both what can be changed and what creates lasting value.

Alex plays an integral role in acquisitions, project evaluation, renovation planning, operations, and the continued growth of JA Property Group.
